Ordering

Orders placed through this site are completed via WhatsApp — the cart on eatkivo.com prepares your order summary, but the order itself is only confirmed once you send it to us on WhatsApp and we reply confirming it. Prices, availability, and delivery zones shown on the site are accurate at the time of ordering but may change without notice.

Delivery & takeaway

Delivery is available within the zones listed at checkout, with fees shown before you confirm. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with weather, traffic, and order volume. Takeaway orders can be picked up at Shop No 2, Akali Market, Near Old Grain Market, Dera Bassi, Punjab 140507.

Cancellations & refunds

Since orders are confirmed manually on WhatsApp, cancellations should be requested there as soon as possible — we can usually cancel an order that hasn't started preparation yet. If there's an issue with your order (wrong item, quality concern), message us on WhatsApp within the same day and we'll make it right.

Menu items, photos, and prices on this site are for informational purposes and may not always reflect real-time availability. We try to keep everything accurate and up to date, but if something's out of stock when you order, we'll let you know on WhatsApp and offer an alternative.
