This policy explains what information Kivo ("we", "us") collects when you use eatkivo.com, and how we use it. Kivo is a single-location cafe in Dera Bassi, Punjab, India, and we keep the information we collect to the minimum needed to run the site and take your orders.

Information we collect

When you use the contact form or newsletter signup on this site, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, phone number, email address, and message. When you place an order via WhatsApp, the information you send (name, address, order details) is handled through WhatsApp's own service and is subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy as well as this one. If you use "Use my location" at checkout, your browser asks for your permission before sharing your approximate location, which we use only to suggest the correct delivery zone — we don't store it.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to your message, process your order, and — only if you subscribe — send occasional updates about new menu items or offers. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf. Orders are completed via WhatsApp, operated by WhatsApp/Meta. Each of these providers has its own privacy practices, which apply alongside this policy.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your cart is stored locally in your browser (not sent to us) so it's remembered if you come back to finish an order.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from newsletter emails at any time, and you can ask us to delete any information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below.
